Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to shipping all product within 5-7 days of product arrival. Some Product take longer like from China, but we will put that in the item description and If for any reason we can not we will let you know. Orders cannot unfortunately be combined to save on shipping, however if you have an available item you would like to add to an order, we can add it and send you an invoice. Just email us. 

International Shipping & Import Fees

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs determined by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Pre-Order Policy

With ALL pre-orders we wait until we get allocation numbers from our supplier before posting pre-orders to insure every order gets filled! Once we get the product from our vendor we ship within 48 hours! ALL ORDERS CONTAINING A PRE-ORDER SHIP TOGETHER WITH THE PRE-ORDER ITEM UNLESS CHOSEN AND PAID FOR SEPARATE SHIPPING. 

High-Value Order Verification Policy

To help protect our customers and our business from fraud and unauthorized transactions, Cats Collectibles reserves the right to request additional verification on higher-value orders.
Orders with a total value of $1,000 USD or more may require submission of a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification purposes.

Charge-backs: 

All charge-backs will get you banned from the store immediately and indefinitely. Charge-backs charge us a fee and put negative marks on our website. If you submit a charge-back, all orders will be cancelled with a 10% cancellation fee for unfulfilled orders now and in the future. NO exception. 

Combine Shipping:

Unfortunately we are unable to combine shipping of two orders. Once placed, the website requires us to make separate labels for the orders. HOWEVER: if you still have an open unshipped order we can manually add to your order. Just message us your order number and the items you would like.
