Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to shipping all product within 5-7 days of product arrival. Some Product take longer like from China, but we will put that in the item description and If for any reason we can not we will let you know through X and Discord. Orders cannot unfortunately be combined to save on shipping, however if you have an available item you would like to add to an order, we can add it and send you an invoice. Just email us. 

Freight Forwarding

We cannot ship to Freight Forwarding companies. If we do notice something is getting shipped to a freight forwarding company it will have to be cancelled and the freight forwarding company will be added to our blocked addresses. This is to protect our company and goods if anything was to happen to it, we have no coverage. 

International Shipping & Import Fees 

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs determined by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Pre-Order Policy

With ALL pre-orders we wait until we get allocation numbers from our supplier before posting pre-orders to insure every order gets filled! Pre-orders come in waves and can take up to 2-3 weeks to ship after! Customs has been holding shipments longer than normal lately and can take some time. Please join our X or Discord for updates. 

ALL ORDERS CONTAINING A PRE-ORDER SHIP TOGETHER WITH THE PRE-ORDER ITEM UNLESS CHOSEN AND PAID FOR SEPARATE SHIPPING. 

High-Value Order Verification Policy

To help protect our customers and our business from fraud and unauthorized transactions, Cats Collectibles reserves the right to request additional verification on higher-value orders.

Orders with a total value of $1,000 USD or more may require submission of a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification purposes.

If requested verification is not provided within 72 hours, or the customer refuses to complete the required verification, Cats Collectibles reserves the right to cancel the order. Cancellations resulting from a customer's failure or refusal to complete required identity verification are subject to our standard 10% cancellation fee.

Verification must be successfully completed before the order can be fulfilled.

Charge-backs: 

All charge-backs will get you banned from the store immediately and indefinitely. Charge-backs charge us a fee and put negative marks on our website. If you submit a charge-back, all orders will be cancelled with a 10% cancellation fee for unfulfilled orders now and in the future. NO exception. 

Combine Shipping:

Unfortunately we are unable to combine shipping of two orders. Once placed, the website requires us to make separate labels for the orders. HOWEVER: if you still have an open unshipped order we can manually add to your order. Just message us your order number and the items you would like. 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.

When placing an order through express checkout or third-party payment services such as Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or other similar services, customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is selected before completing their purchase.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change, update, or redirect the shipping address for any reason. This includes requests made through email, customer service, or third-party applications.

This policy is in place to help protect our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions and unauthorized changes to shipping information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If you discover that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. However, contacting us does not guarantee that an address change or cancellation will be possible.

If your order is eligible for cancellation under our Cancellation Policy, you may cancel the order and place a new order with the correct shipping address, subject to the cancellation policy terms.

Customer Responsibility

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the shipping address provided at checkout is final and cannot be changed after the order is placed.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
