Return Policy

Due to the nature of sealed products in the trading card and collectibles industry, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us at anthonyn@catscollectiblestcg.com as soon as possible. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution to the best of our ability.

Please retain all original packaging, shipping materials, and the product while your claim is being reviewed. Photos or other documentation may be requested.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests may be submitted before an order has shipped, unless the product listing states that cancellations are not permitted.

All approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. The fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the original payment method. This fee helps cover payment processing, administrative, and other costs associated with processing and canceling an order.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled. Once an order has entered the shipping or fulfillment process, we may be unable to stop shipment.

Products or preorders specifically identified on the product listing as “No Cancellations,” “Non-Cancellable,” “Final Sale,” or similar language cannot be canceled after purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to any cancellation restrictions disclosed on the applicable product listing.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation of an eligible order, email anthonyn@catscollectiblestcg.com with the subject line:

CANCEL ORDER #[ORDER NUMBER]

Cancellation requests must be sent from the email address associated with the order and should include the customer's name and order number.
